The holiday season is here, which really means the PARTY season is here for you, Sugar! Getting all dolled up for holiday parties is fun, but it can be stressful to keep the look up all night – through dinner, cocktails, and dancing. Take our tips so you look as good at the end of the night as you did at the start!
A smart Sugar Baby preps like the best. Exfoliating, waxing or threading, and facials should be done a few days before the party. You want a flawless face, not one that is splotchy from beauty treatments. If you have sensitive skin, don’t try a new routine, product, or facial before a big date like this. Use products you know work well for your skin.
Make your cut and color appointment a week or two ahead of time so that you can be sure you don’t end up with botched bangs or a brassy balayage with no time to fix it. Have your outfit or dress picked out well ahead of time so you aren’t scrambling at the last minute. If you need special undergarments or accessories, get those ahead of time too. The day is for prepping, not for stressing!
Eat Well and Hydrate
Parties are full of alcohol, sugar, fat, and salt… all the things that bloat even the best of us. Drink water throughout the day and make sure you eat well so you feel good and look good the night of. Be sure to drink lots of water the night of, as well. Stay away from anything that will bloat you, cause stomach problems, or make your breath smell. You want to dazzle your Sugar Daddy, not run him off with death breath!
Use Great Products
This is not the time for cheap cosmetics and pharmacy brand hairspray. If you need extra funds for events and parties, talk over your budget with your SD. Go to a salon and get a blow-out or styled or use high end products and tools at home. Use a great primer on your face and long wearing cosmetics. Don’t wear anything that has the potential to smudge and run. If you can, get your make-up done for you and request products that will last all night.
Pack a Survival Bag
Pack enough in your purse to get you through the night. Breath mints are a must. Saline solution or an eye drop can save your whole face if you get a lash in your eye. Dental floss, deodorant, and feminine products can save a night that would otherwise be ruined. Bring along a lip gloss and a powder or some oil absorbing sheets.
Make your appointments now if you haven’t already, and do your shopping early. Don’t leave anything to chance! Be the SB your Daddy wants to show off at every event!
